Tammy grew up in Houston baking with her Aunt Theresia and Grandmother, Alma. She graduated as Chef de Patisserie in 2007 from Culinary Institute Lenotre in Houston, before moving to Lakeway in 2009. She was the owner and proprietor of Hill Country Cakery, which suffered and closed, due to cancellations and government restrictions in 2020. Now working from her home studio, she has been able to narrow her focus to mainly wedding cakes for the Texas Hill Country. Natural food colorings can be used upon request.
