I have been baking gluten & dairy free for over 5 years now, prompted by our own allergies and intolerances. The only ingredients in my kitchen are certified gluten free, thus helping alleviate cross contamination concerns. I strive to use fresh, locally sourced ingredients and every product is gluten, dairy, soy, seed oil and preservative free.
