I remember my love of baking soared when my Grandma gave me an insulated cookie sheet for my tenth birthday. I have always loved to bring the sweet things in life to my home. 4 years ago, my passion for confections became a mission with more weight and more reward when my diet and each of my beloved recipes had to transform to be safe for my youngest son's multiple food allergies. It has been an eye-opening journey of how little is offered to those with strict diets. It is my honor and my joy to bring someone their "cake" (regardless of which treat it actually is) because everyone deserves to have it!
