Hi, I’m Mary, the baker behind Casa Speranza 🤍 Born and raised in a small town in northern Italy, I started this home bakery to bring a piece of home to my community. Every recipe is inspired by traditional Italian baking, made according to the slow-living, good-eating tradition I grew up with. I only use unbleached, untreated flour and specialty ingredients imported directly from Italy to keep those flavors authentic. Everything is made by hand, in small batches, just like we do back home!
